WAN configuration

We observe that the sessions in the 25th to 75th percentile are roughly 10 minutes to 2.5 hours in length. Roughly 22 percent of WAN configuration sessions are 10 minutes or shorter, and the longest sessions are well over 5 days in length. While it is clear that allocating system tasks to nodes that are online for only 10 minutes must be avoided, our results demonstrate ample opportunity to identify nodes that can support longer-lived applications.
