The main goal of systems audit is to present templates that address 80 percent or more of a customer's requirement of QoS in a particular context and architecture (LAN, WAN, VPN). Additionally, the rationales and considerations behind the recommendations are explained in detail so that as tweaking is required, network administrators are well informed of the trade-offs involved.
