Network Inventory Software

Asset Tracker for Networks, our main product is a network inventory software developed for use in small, middle and large-scaled networks. The largest advantage of Asset Tracker is the fullness and accuracy of the inventory data being collected from the network PC's and devices, plus the fact that this program does not require any client software to be manually installed on each networked computer. In other words, you only need to set up the application on your PC and click the Inventory Network menu item - and you will get the complete network scan results in minutes!

After collecting inventory information from the network Asset Tracker records it in a database either on the local HDD or on a shared server folder - depends on the network administrator's choice. This database can later be used to analyze the collected information; the network team can also force the program to re-inventory the network, actualizing the inventory details in the database. Moreover, when storing the new inventory results in the database, this network inventory software automatically compares it with the previous copy of the inventory results, and records the changes in a separate table. Finally, after multiple inventory sessions will be executed, say, every month the network team will not only have the most recent details on computers configuration, but also the inventory changes history for each PC in the company.

Asset Tracker for Networks can also export inventory information to an external ODBC data sources or other external storages, e.g. web pages or CSV ("comma-separated values") files, allowing the IT administrator manipulate the information or publish it in the intranet.
