Cooperation Interface Manager (CIM): Multiple cell cooperation can be done by
implementing cooperation interfaces dictated by the cell managing the cooperation.
These interfaces allow the cell responsible of cooperation management to
communicate with the participant cells without getting into their implementation
details. Like any other cell, the cooperation manager cell is capable of evolution
and consequently new cooperation interfaces can be registered. The cooperation
participants selects the most appropriate cooperation interface to use in the same
way cells select the most appropriate remote interface to use. Accordingly, CIM
allows the registration/de-registration of the cooperation interfaces at runtime. It
maintains a List of Cooperation Interface when the cells request to cooperate
Using the network configuration switcher paradigm, we note that the NC, similar to the biological cell, will
have a life cycle where NC starts at its infancy with minimal experience, and through
learning, the NC experience will mature. This gained experience can be transferred to
other naŻve NCs introducing the phenomenon of generational learning among NCs.
